Detroit Foundation Hotel is seeking a Banquet Prep Cook to join our culinary team in Detroit. You will work closely with Executive Chef and banquet staff to prepare ingredients for high-volume events and ensure prep lists are completed accurately. You will maintain organization, follow HACCP standards, and assist with plating and service while adapting to a fast-paced environment.
