Regional Sales Manager – HVAC / Technical Sales A well-established German manufacturer with a growing U.S. subsidiary in the Charlotte area is looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to their team. The company is known for high-quality fans and blowers used in ventilation, air conditioning, and equipment cooling applications , and has built a strong reputation for engineering excellence and customer support. This role is ideal for a technical sales professional who enjoys developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and working closely with engineers and manufacturers’ representatives. What You’ll Do Drive regional sales growth and expand market share Develop new customers and new market opportunities Manage and support manufacturer reps and distribution partners Provide technical product support and application guidance to customers Prepare quotations and coordinate with engineering and factory teams Represent the company at industry events and trade shows What We’re Looking For 5+ years of technical sales experience (HVAC, electro-mechanical, industrial components, or related industries) Strong relationship-building and business development skills Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory Technical aptitude; engineering background is a plus Comfortable presenting and training customers and reps Why this role?
