We're seeking dedicated professionals to provide occupational therapy services to elementary students as soon as possible, with coverage extending through the end of the current school year (June 4, 2027).

In this role, you'll collaborate with school staff and families to promote students' functional independence and engagement in learning. If you are a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will support two elementary schools, working 7.5 hours per day. If you are licensed as an OT, you’ll oversee a caseload at multiple sites and supervise a COTA at one location, working 8 hours per day. The caseload is approximately 80 students, ensuring a meaningful impact throughout your assignment.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid California OT or COTA license (required)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities to manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to supporting diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for students receiving OT services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support access to curriculum
• For OTs: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a COTA at one site
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and regulatory standards
