This contract position starts as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year, offering stability while you make a meaningful impact. The role is onsite only and involves collaboration with a dedicated staff and engagement with students across two elementary schools.

Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Previous experience working with children in school settings preferred
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Strong organizational abilities to manage student caseloads efficiently
• Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards
• Ability to work independently and alongside a collaborative team

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to elementary-aged students, targeting individual IEP goals
• COTA: Provide skilled therapy across two elementary sites, 7.5 hours per day
• OT: In addition to service provision, supervise a COTA at one site, working 8 hours per day
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure holistic student support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning and student success
• Manage a caseload of approximately 80 students, prioritizing interventions and support as needed
