The role requires expertise in designing and building data flows, customer journeys, and custom solutions on various marketing automation platforms. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Sounds interesting? Let’s talk.AS A MARKETING AUTOMATIONS SPECIALIST, YOU WILL:Design, build, and maintain automated email and multi-channel workflowsManage campaigns across multiple marketing automation platformsCreate segmented audiences and build dynamic flows using customer dataCollaborate with internal teams and clients to architect solutionsCommunicate clearly (both written and verbal) with other team members and clients on all automations and custom solutionsTroubleshoot and problem-solve client marketing automation issuesLearn new email automation tools to meet our clients needsApproach challenges with a solutions-first mindset, thinking beyond the immediate task to the most effective, scalable fixEmbrace change with a positive attitude and advocate for change when you see opportunity for improvementAdditional duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of experience developing and managing marketing automation workflowsHands-on proficiency with at least two of the following: Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, Eloqua, Attentive, HubSpot Deep understanding of data integration, segmentation strategies, and managing data flowsAdvanced knowledge of templating/personalization languages (AMPscript, Liquid, Django-style templating, HubL/Jinja2) Experience working directly with clients or cross-functional stakeholders, must be comfortable presenting results and fielding questionsUnderstanding of customer funnel and key performance indicatorsBasic understanding of HTML/CSS and SQLBONUS SKILLS:Agency or client-services experienceExperience developing solutions in SSJS Experience with QA and user experience testingFamiliar with email deliverability tools and strategiesRelevant certificationsWHAT WE OFFER: Our comprehensive benefits package includes:Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and additional voluntary benefit options;Flexible and generous paid time off;Paid parental leave eligibility after one year of service;401K plan with company matching;Reimbursement for event attendance up to $200;Professional development through our internal LMS and the LeapU peer learning initiativeOFFICE INFORMATION:Leap Event Technology is a 100% remote-friendly company.
