Flexible Spending Account options for health care expenses.Company-paid gaming licenses (Class A & Class B)Variety of additional voluntary benefits and retirement plans.What You'll DoExemplifies MCR's values and sets a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.Practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.Promote positive guest relations.Serve beverages and food.Stock supplies.Clean stations and gaming areas in a safe and sanitary manner.Assist bartender as needed.Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.Other duties as assigned.What You'll BringAbility to obtain a Class III B gaming license.A minimum of 6 (six) months' experience in serving beverages required.Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.Must have or be able to obtain a Class 13 Alcohol Service Permit.How You'll Be SuccessfulKnowledge of POS systems.Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.Ability to demonstrate intrinsic motivation and work ethics.Ability to work efficiently and productively within a team.Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
