Position Summary:


This position is primarily responsible for operating workstations and associated systems used in the manufacturing of products sold to our customers. This position is expected to work with lower-level Operators along with higher level Technicians to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates. In this position they must have a basic knowledge of how to set up and operate workstations, perform visual and dimensional inspections needed to manufacture the products at Cirtec.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works with small devices, performing various tasks with various tools, fixtures, and equipment
• Follow established documentation for production manufacturing
• Performs in-process visual inspections with and without the use of microscopes
• Makes basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances, dimensions
• As instructed, adjusts machines to achieve conformance with specifications and maximum yield
• Perform pre/post-weld operations such as assembly and part cleaning
• Performs workstation set-ups and troubleshooting on qualified operations
• Support training as needed for Level I and Level II assemblers
• Comply with company, quality, and safety standards, policies, and procedures

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Minimum of 3-years' experience in medical device manufacturing
• Laser welding operation experience, highly preferred
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Shift Hours : 3:00PM -11:30AM, Monday to Thursday

Salary Range : $22 - $24/hour, plus $2 shift differential, based on experience and qualifications
