Soccer Shots Little Rock is looking for an Early Childhood Soccer Coach to join our team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a meaningful career in early childhood development, coaching, and leadership . No Sports Experience Required!

You’ll spend your week creating fun, memorable experiences for children ages 2–8 years old through Soccer Shots sessions at schools and parks throughout the Greater Little Rock area , including North Little Rock, Benton, Conway, Cabot, Maumelle, and Jacksonville .

What You’ll Do
Coach & Create Amazing Experiences for Children

• Lead 20-30 Soccer Shots sessions each week for children ages 2–8 years old at schools and parks throughout the Greater Little Rock area.
• Create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where every child feels successful.
• Deliver our proven curriculum with enthusiasm, professionalism, and consistency.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, teachers, and school partners.

Support Coaching Operations

• Work alongside the Executive Director and Coaching Support team.
• Assist with daily team needs.
• Use tools like Connecteam to stay organized and support team success.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Energetic, dependable, and fun to be around.

• A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Organized, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Excited about developing leadership skills and growing with our team.

Schedule

• Full-time 30-40 hour salaried position.
• Monday–Friday schedule.
• Daily hours: 8:30am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-4:30pm
• Saturday morning programming opportunities available with additional compensation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $24,000 annually with ability to quickly earn up $32,000 annually
• $150 monthly fuel stipend
• Potential to earn up to $300 monthly insurance stipend after 6 months
• Bi-Weekly paychecks
• Professional development and leadership training.
• Opportunities for advancement as Soccer Shots Little Rock continues to grow. We promote from within and look for coaching directors and program coordinators from our coaching pool.
