Additional information about the company can be found at WhirlpoolCorp.com. ## **This role in summary**The KASA US Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team serves as the primary e-commerce engine and cross-functional hub for KitchenAid small appliances, owning the end-to-end consumer journey across KitchenAid.com and leading digital marketplace partners. Beyond driving rapid top-line growth, KASA D2C operates as the company's strategic innovation catalyst and financial anchor—spearheading global initiatives in AI-driven shopping, modern MarTech, and predictive customer journeys. Joining this team puts you at the center of digital transformation, where your work directly shapes the future of an iconic premium consumer brand.## **Your responsibilities will include**In this role, you deliver complete P&L performance—driving top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profit expansion. You own our monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales outlooks, ensuring our commercial strategy delivers on those targets while closing any gaps to profit plan. You are responsible for defining the commercial roadmap, steering demand generation and capture strategies, optimizing D2C cost structures, and bringing unique site value propositions to life that differentiate our brand channel from retail partners. Success in this role requires a willingness to challenge the status quo, find bold new ways to differentiate our direct channel, and apply the operational rigor needed to transform how we work. This includes driving efficiency, leveraging AI and automation, and streamlining go-to-market (GTM) operations. You will influence through strong collaboration and thought leadership across matrixed organizational teams, working closely with a Sr. Analyst, Project Manager, and key partners like Business Intelligence, Operations, CRM and Performance Media to unlock data-driven opportunities and scale the business efficiently.* **Sales & Profit Forecasting:** Manage and deliver comprehensive Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales outlooks, profit plans, and agile commercial strategies to achieve volume and margin targets.* **Margin Optimization:** Protect net profitability by actively managing D2C cost drivers, including fulfillment, warehousing, marketplace commissions, and media investments.* **Brand Differentiation:** Develop innovative value propositions to clearly differentiate the brand's direct website (KitchenAid.com) from external retail partners.* **Operational Automation:** Streamline Go-To-Market (GTM) operations and transform legacy workflows by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated tools.* **Data-Driven Loyalty:** Partner with Business Intelligence (BI) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to uncover insights, shift demand to lower-cost owned channels, and build a robust First-Party (1P) customer database.* **Executive Alignment:** Influence regional and global leadership teams to secure support and buy-in for new strategic growth initiatives.* **Agile Testing:** Implement a continuous test-and-learn methodology to rapidly test novel commercial offers, run sprint planning, and measure financial impact.* **Team Mentorship & Execution:** Mentor cross-functional teams and oversee execution partners to ensure the seamless delivery of promotional calendars, site enhancements, and forecasting entries.## **Minimum requirements*** Bachelor’s degree.* 6+ years of experience in Ecommerce, D2C Strategy, Commercial Sales Management, and/or P&L Ownership.* Proven track record delivering on an end-to-end P&L, including product mix, spend, supply/fulfillment costs, and marketing ROI.## **Preferred skills and experiences*** MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing.* 8+ years of progressive commercial leadership in consumer packaged goods (CPG), consumer durables, or direct-to-consumer ecommerce.* Demonstrated experience delivering on sales outlooks using gap-closure strategies, while leveraging Business Intelligence, AI, and automation frameworks to optimize operations.* Strong influence and thought leadership skills, with a history of driving cross-functional alignment across media, CRM, operations, BI, and global leadership teams.* Experience establishing brand-differentiating online value propositions (e.g., custom bundles, exclusive assortments, loyalty perks).* Passion for talent development, mentoring, and building strong organizational capability.## **What we offer**Generous benefits package, Whirlpool employee discount, fitness & educational reimbursement programs, kitchenettes, and more!
