Company is continuing to acquire and develop additional properties and is looking for a key Property Manager to help them progress. Duties Include: Building tenant and vendor relationships Implementing tenant engagement center events, or overseeing staff as they implement Meeting with current and potential tenants Coordinating with leasing team to meet prospective tenants Walking property site to evaluate maintenance and landscaping vendors Identifying property repair or common area needs Selecting vendors for various projects, and TI build‑outs Preparing annual budgets Preparing annual CAM reconciliations Managing TI and CapEx projects Developing long‑term major repair plans Monitoring expenses for each property Communicating with tenants and notifying them of property events or upcoming maintenance projects Managing lease administration Performing site inspections to ensure compliance Managing vendor contracts and compliance Preparing financial analysis and ownership reports Special Skills: Ability to work well with others Team oriented Ability to manage multiple deadlines Must Have: MS Office 3+ years property‑management experience in Class A office Solid financial and operations experience in commercial property management CA Real Estate License is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
