Senior Environmental Manager

Our client is a publicly traded global manufacturer serving the nutrition, specialty ingredients, and industrial products markets. With manufacturing facilities across North America and Europe, they are seeking a senior environmental leader to oversee environmental compliance and strategy across their global operations. Responsibilities Lead environmental compliance across multiple manufacturing sites. Develop and implement corporate environmental policies and programs. Oversee permitting, regulatory reporting, audits, and agency inspections. Drive environmental incident investigations and corrective actions. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Legal to reduce environmental risk. Lead environmental metrics, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company-wide compliance. Qualifications 12+ years of environmental leadership experience in manufacturing. Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites in a corporate or regional role. Strong knowledge of EPA regulations, permitting, compliance, and environmental auditing. Background in chemical, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing industries preferred. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree/certifications preferred).
