Description:

Work alongside the team, overseeing their growth and work, in order to achieve the vision of the Franchise Owner/Operator for the restaurant. A trainer will serve in kitchen and/or hospitality operations, driving sales, profits, and morale while maintaining quality of taste, speed, cleanliness, and an attentive and courteous team. They will have a special focus on the development and training of team members, overseeing training processes and scheduling.

*To meet the requirements of high availability, the team member must be able to work 36+ hours per week.

Pay Rates/Hourly:

• $15/hr for high availability
• $14/hr for day availability or 4 days
• $13/hr for lunch availability
• $11/hr for limited availability

Add $2 per hour!

• $16/hr for completion of Skill Test 1
• $17/hr for completion of Skill Test 2
• And the opportunity for cross-training pay!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests when they enter the restaurant or drive-thru
• Answer guest questions, offer recommendations, and provide general guest assistance
• Take guest orders, process payments accurately, and maintain an accurate cash register
• Always BE COURTEOUS, COURTEOUS, AND COURTEOUS
• Move with URGENCY
• Ensure that orders are complete and deliver food to guests
• Constant cleaning and provisioning of restaurant areas
• Clean various areas of the restaurant, including tables, counters, floors, trash containers, and restrooms
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety procedures
• Help with all food preparation and setup as needed
• Follow procedures to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Any other duty and responsibility as indicated by restaurant leadership
