Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely insurance quotes to new and existing customers.
• Review customer coverage and recommend policy options based on their needs.
• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, community events, and outreach.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend additional insurance products.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and policy renewals.
• Maintain customer records and documentation in the agency management system.
• Educate customers on coverage options, policy changes, and insurance products.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prospect, network, and build relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life)
