Director of Finance

DescriptionKforce's client, a global organization located in the Saint Louis, MO area is seeking a strategic Director of Finance to support a large business unit. This highly visible hybrid role will partner with senior leaders to guide financial planning, optimize technology investments, evaluate business opportunities, and improve financial performance. The client offers salary and benefits, PTO, a good work/life balance, opportunity for growth and other company benefits.Key Responsibilities:* Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, target setting, and management reporting* Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior finance leaders* Conduct variance, scenario, risk, and opportunity analyses* Partner with technology, sourcing, regional, and corporate teams to improve financial results* Identify and implement reporting, planning, and process improvements* Support internal controls, risk management, and compliance activities* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance teamRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field* Master's degree preferred* 7 years of Significant Finance experience within a large matrix organization* Experience managing complex global reporting and planning processes* Experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing change* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience using Oracle and Hyperion; Apptio, Technology Business Management, or Agile IT methodologies a plus* Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial reporting, and investment analysis* Familiarity with Apptio, Technology Business Management, or Agile IT methodologies preferred* Proven ability to advise and influence senior business leadersJob TypeDirect HireCompensation150000 - $160000
