IVA Software Engineer

Seeking an experienced IVA Software Engineer for a full-time remote position to design, develop, and maintain conversational AI solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design and develop conversational AI solutions using enterprise platforms like Soundhound Amelia Build and maintain integrations between IVA platforms and backend systems using RESTful APIs and microservices Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Required Qualifications BA in Computer Science or related field 2-5 years of experience in IVA development 1-2 years of experience with AI technology
