Main Responsibilities And Duties The candidate is expected to carry out the following key responsibilities: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding. Coordinate employee induction, orientation, and joining formalities to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Plan and implement employee engagement, staff welfare, recognition, and learning initiatives. Support HRIS (FactoHR) and other HR systems for payroll inputs, attendance, leave, employee data, travel, and reimbursement records. Assist employee benefits, including Group Health Insurance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and other welfare schemes, and liaise with EPFO and service providers. Support training and development programmes for staff. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, HR policies, and internal procedures. Prepare HR reports, presentations, dashboards, and MIS for management, and support HR projects and policy implementation. Coordinate with HR vendors, outsourced agencies, and internal stakeholders, and undertake other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned from time to time. Qualification, Experience And Demonstrated Skills Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline Good Communication Skills (written and oral) Integrity and professionalism Good knowledge of Microsoft office and digital communications and media tools High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability Ability to work effectively with senior colleagues and team members Proven work experience of 3 years Last Date: 5th August, 2026.
