HHS Hunterdon Healthcare System Inc. , 8100 Wescott Drive , Flemington , NJ M-F days/evenings , Days/Evenings Hiring Range: $65.00 Hourly Consistent hours andsign-on bonus PositionSummary To administer occupational therapy evaluations and treatments according to established standard of occupational therapy, and physician’s referral and occupational therapy plan of care. Primary Position Responsibilities Evaluates all patients identifying the patient's primary problems and develops a treatment plan. Performs and modifies/updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes. Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement. Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards. Provides supervision to COTA, OT/COTA students, various levels of supportive personnel and volunteers. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy Preferred: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation) Preferred: 2 years experience in hand therapy License, Registry or Certification Required: Current New Jersey State Occupational Therapy License Preferred: Certified Hand Therapist Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required: Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communications skills Preferred: Knowledge gained from 2 or more years experience in hand therapy, CHT Hunterdon Health is committed to providing a competitive benefit package to our employees.
