Team members benefit from clear shift options, voluntary overtime, and a supportive, small-team setting that values precision, continuous learning, and professional growth.Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing and repair facility with inspections performed on the shop floor at designated desks, where parts are staged on carts and inspection data is entered directly into a PC. There is one opening on first shift (6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), two openings on second shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.), and one opening on weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.), where employees work 36 hours and are paid for 40.
