Commercial Superintendent

Renewyx

Renewyx is partnered with a Boise-area commercial construction firm that's uncommon in this market: low attrition, a strong internal culture, and a benefits structure built for long-term retention. As they expand their commercial project pipeline across the region, they're seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage site execution from mobilization through closeout. The role is hands-on by design: on-site oversight of trade partners, schedule accountability, and consistent quality and safety standards as each project advances through its phases. The company backs this with real investment in the people running its jobsites. :

Superintendent or site-lead experience on commercial construction projects
Proven subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and jobsite safety management
Strong drawing and specification literacy

OSHA 30 certification
Experience with project management software such as Procore
Background in ground-up commercial construction, office, retail, or industrial

Low attrition and a genuinely strong culture
Growth opportunities as the company scales
Comprehensive benefits package
Annual company-sponsored trip
Truck allowance
Competitive per diem
Generous PTO
Training and development budget
Performance-based bonuses on top of base pay

: permanent, on-site, based in Boise, Idaho. Candidates with the right experience and approach are encouraged to apply, even without a perfect match on paper. Renewyx, Energy and Infrastructure Talent Partner Renewyx
