Job Title RN - PACU / Pre-Op Nurse Location Worcester, MA Schedule / Job Type Contract | Onsite | Shifts available in 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour increments Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis Assume responsibility for patient care in the PACU or Pre-Op setting, depending on role assignment Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care tasks are delegated Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in PACU or Pre-Op nursing Ability to fulfill on-call rotation requirements, including overnight and weekend call shifts Must reside at least 250 miles from the facility to qualify as a travel nurse Preferred Experience / Skills Experience working in a non-trauma hospital environment Familiarity with OR call rotation protocols and expectations Ability to adapt to varied shift lengths in a surgical services setting Why Join Us Scrubs are provided on-site, with travelers wearing the same color as permanent staff to promote team cohesion Opportunity to work in a structured surgical environment with clear call rotation expectations and dedicated traveler support Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 774675.
