Position Overview Greentree Legal is currently hiring a Litigation Support Specialist to support our foreclosure and civil litigation clients in a remote/hybrid role based out of Cincinnati, OH. Ideal Candidate Qualities Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator who thrives in both client and vendor interactions Motivated by problem-solving and making a direct impact Pay and Benefits Competitive pay ($19–$23/hour based on experience) PTO + Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits A supportive leadership team invested in your success Real opportunities for professional growth as we continue to scale Responsibilities Managing cases from referral through service and billing Coordinating with process servers, clients, and court clerks Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely service completion Preparing legal documentation and troubleshooting service issues Conducting skip tracing and ensuring file accuracy for closure What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in operations, vendor coordination, customer support, or a related field Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities Proven problem-solving, relationship-building, and accountability skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with CRM, vendor management, or workflow systems preferred Prior experience in logistics, legal support, or service-based industries is a plus Familiarity with Monday.com, Airtable, or similar platforms is preferred but not required Who You'll Work With You’ll report to the Director of Operations. This position is not currently supervisory, but there is potential for growth into a leadership role as the department expands.
