What You'll Do

Coordinate and perform maintenance on production and operational equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions Rebuild and repair equipment throughout the plant to maintain reliability Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures Dismantle, move, align, assemble, and install machinery and equipment Construct machine foundations and properly secure equipment Assemble and install shafting, conveyors, rails, and related components Bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten equipment to foundations or structures Follow all safety rules, policies, and work directives at all times

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED 35 years of maintenance/millwright experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience Strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to read and work from schematics and drawings Proven mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to work professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused approach to work Compensation: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
