Team Overview:Impinj is seeking a Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for our portfolio of market-leading IoT solutions and services. This role combines technical expertise, market insight, and collaboration to drive revenue growth, market differentiation, and brand visibility in a highly competitive industry. You will join the collaborative team that leads the marketing launch and market share growth initiatives for our solutions and services. The ideal candidate understands wireless IoT technologies and SaaS products and has proven experience delivering go-to-market programs that accelerate adoption of IoT products and solutions. Must be located in Seattle, WA or San Diego, CA. What You Will Do:Own the strategy and execution of product marketing initiatives that drive adoption and revenue growth, including go-to-market planning, messaging and positioning, and product launchesCreate compelling product positioning, messaging, and content that clearly communicates the value of our Impinj solutions and services to technical and business audiences in the wireless, telecom, and IoT sectorsPlan and execute product and solution launches in collaboration with corporate marketing, sales, and product teams, ensuring alignment with business objectivesWork closely with product management, sales, market development, and corporate marketing to develop and evolve the go-to-market strategy to increase Impinj revenue, market share, and return-on-investmentCollaborate with our product management and product application teams to develop technical marketing content, webinars, and product training materialsSupport internal enablement by training sales and customer-facing teams on product and solution messaging and positioningWhat You Will Bring:12+ years of product marketing, technical marketing, business development, product management in the semiconductor or wireless technology sectorBachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related fieldAbility to quickly understand and apply emerging technologies to business strategyStrong technical expertise combined with business acumen and strategic thinkingDemonstrated success collaborating across teams to drive execution for complex, technical products in a partner ecosystemCritical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate sophisticated market dynamicsProven experience in delivering impactful messaging, positioning, and marketing collateralExcellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across internal teams and external stakeholdersWillingness to travel up to 20%, including some international traveCompensation & Benefits:The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $148,000- $222,000. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
