Senior Copywriter

Job Purpose Senior Copywriter responsible for developing compelling consumer and trade copy for a variety of media, ensuring alignment with brand tone, voice, and business objectives. Oversees copy requests to freelancers and manages workflow for creative projects. Responsibilities Develop on‑brand copy for marketing and product initiatives across print, digital, web, and social platforms. Collaborate with designers, marketing team, and external freelancers to create innovative concepts. Maintain consistent brand voice and manage content library to streamline workflow. Participate in marketing meetings, content strategy discussions, and brand asset testing. Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards maintained. Oversee copy for major print pieces and promotional campaigns (e.g., Voyages to Explore, Voyage Collection Debut, EXPLORE Magazine). Implement workflow processes using Workfront; coordinate with leadership on resourcing and tool enhancements. Provide training and support to internal teams and external resources on brand standards and project systems. Handle communication issues, brief management, and ensure briefs align with marketing priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, production administration or budget management within a creative or marketing environment. Strong copywriting ability across consumer and trade markets. Experience with resource management, workflow tools (e.g., Workfront), and coordinating freelancers. Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present to senior leadership. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage change under pressure.
