This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager based in United States.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled implementation professional who enjoys combining project coordination, systems integration, and client-facing delivery. You will lead the development, deployment, and testing of technology solutions that support reliable data exchange and failover resiliency. Working across internal and external teams, you will help translate business and technical requirements into high-quality, scalable implementations. The position offers broad exposure to integration technologies, cloud environments, troubleshooting, and technical project delivery. You will also contribute to process improvements and provide hands-on support throughout implementation and post-go-live stabilization. Success in this role requires strong technical judgment, organization, communication, and a collaborative approach to solving complex client needs.

Accountabilities:

• Review Statements of Work and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish clear alignment on project scope, products, services, deliverables, and timeline expectations.
• Lead and support implementation activities across development, deployment, testing, systems integration, and client delivery, with a focus on reliable data exchange and failover resiliency.
• Create, maintain, and organize detailed project documentation covering business and technical requirements, solution design, deployment activities, and ongoing support.
• Coordinate project resources, timelines, troubleshooting activities, status tracking, and reporting to help ensure successful delivery within established deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements, resolve technical challenges, and achieve project objectives.
• Provide direct technical and project support throughout the implementation lifecycle, including the defined post-go-live stabilization period.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance implementation efficiency, quality, and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with several relevant technologies, including FTP/SFTP, web services, XML, PGP, Microsoft SQL Server query writing, JavaScript, Microsoft Windows client/server operating systems, Amazon WorkSpaces, and Amazon cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated experience working with both internal and external stakeholders to successfully achieve project objectives.
• Strong technical analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate issues and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and deadlines.
• Experience in medical bill review, healthcare technology, claims management, or a related industry is preferred.
• Previous experience in technical support, implementation, systems integration, or another client-facing technology role is preferred.
