Executive Producer

Only Child is looking for a commercially driven and creatively sharp Executive Producer to lead production team and sales from our New York remote office, while working closely with our HQ in London. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of production, brand strategy, and new business — overseeing standout creative work while growing the business, hitting an annual revenue target, sourced globally.

You’ll lead productions from pitch to delivery, build meaningful relationships across the industry, and drive proactive brand outreach and sales initiatives. You’re both a big-picture thinker and a hands-on producer who can take the reins without waiting to be asked.

• Lead new business with brands, agencies, and creative partners to meet a $1m annual revenue target in the first year 
• Oversee production from development through delivery across US - led and global projects
• Spearhead brand & agency outreach, pitch opportunities, and strategic growth initiative
• Collaborate closely with Only Child’s London HQ on commercial strategy, creative vision, and cross-market operations
• Build bidding budgets, manage timelines, and teams — ensuring every project meets the bar creatively and commercially
• Have a holistic vision for leading campaigns & productions, but also oversee the tactical day-to-day (brief writing, shoot planning, budgeting and managing overall resources)
• Build new contacts, while maintaining current relationships, with directors and creative partners in the US and abroad 
• Act as a key ambassador for the Only Child brand — bold, refined, and collaborative
