The Opportunity

We're looking for a Producer to join our growing Experiential team. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive producer who is ready to move beyond supporting programs and begin taking ownership of smaller, client-facing experiences.

A key focus of the role will be producing approximately six intimate, low-lift dinners throughout the year, managing each program from planning and vendor coordination through on-site execution and close-out. The role will also support a range of larger experiential programs across our luxury client portfolio, providing opportunities to continue building production expertise and grow within the team.

We're looking for someone who can confidently manage the details, represent the team with clients and partners, and keep programs moving with minimal day-to-day oversight.

What You'll Do

• As a Producer, you'll own and support the successful execution of experiential programs across a variety of luxury clients and initiatives. Responsibilities will include:
• Independently producing smaller-scale, client-facing programs from planning through close-out.
• Serving as a day-to-day point of contact for clients on assigned programs.
• Managing approximately six intimate dinners throughout the year, including timelines, vendors, guest logistics, budgets, run-of-show, and on-site execution.
• Supporting larger experiential programs alongside Production Managers, Directors, Account Leads, and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinating with vendors and partners to ensure deliverables, timelines, and logistics stay on track.
• Managing production details, budgets, schedules, guest lists, and program materials.
• Anticipating potential issues and proactively developing solutions, while knowing when to escalate.
• Representing the agency professionally and confidently with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Supporting on-site execution and remaining calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented when plans change.
• Participating in program close-out, including reconciliation, documentation, and post-event follow-up.

Who You Are

• You're an early-career producer with a strong foundation in event production and a desire to take on more ownership. You may come from an experiential agency, production company, hospitality group, hotel or restaurant environment, entertainment company, or in-house brand team.
• You are highly organized and resourceful, but you're also comfortable interacting directly with clients. You can manage the details without losing sight of the overall guest experience, and you know how to keep a program moving without needing constant direction.
• You're a clear communicator with good judgment, positive energy, and a calm, proactive working style. When something inevitably changes or goes wrong, you don't panic—you assess the situation, find a solution, and communicate clearly.
• Most importantly, you're ready to make the transition from primarily supporting production to genuinely owning smaller programs end-to-end.
• Experience in hospitality or producing intimate, guest-focused experiences is particularly valuable. A passion for luxury, hospitality, design, culture, and exceptional experiences is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing, live events, hospitality, entertainment, production, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or independently producing events or experiences from planning through execution.
• Experience working directly with clients and external partners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders with minimal day-to-day oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, schedules, guest logistics, and on-site production.
• Calm, solutions-oriented approach to last-minute changes and production challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and relevant project management tools.
• Experience with luxury brands, hospitality, entertainment, or premium consumer experiences is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, including evenings and weekends as required by client programs.
