If you're a passionate RN leader ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Qualifications & Responsibilities:Associates or Bachelor Degree in NursingCurrent, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse LicenseAt least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferredDirectly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient careConduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shiftProvide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family membersEnsure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelinesExercise sound judgment and make independent decisions when appropriate.Utilize effective communication and critical thinking skills to support quality care and team collaboration.Demonstrate strong teamwork while supporting colleagues and delivering exceptional resident care.Maintain a positive attitude and remain composed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or AdministratorRegistered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Schedule & Benefits:Schedule: 7pm-7am, every other weekend requiredWork today; Get paid today option availableComprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, vision, dental, and paid time off (PTO)Career Growth & Advancement OpportunitiesComplete Care at Voorhees is an equal opportunity employer.
