This is a very well-established firm wanting to help their staff obtain their CPA. Job Duties:Preparation of Tax ReturnsReview of Tax ReturnsTax ResearchMentor Staff & InternsQualifications:CPA desired but not required (Must be CPA Eligible)Bachelor's in Accounting4-6 Years of Experience in Public AccountingReview experienceFamiliarity with CCH Axcess is a bonus!Experience with 1040, 1065, 1120, & 1120-SBenefits/ Perks:Medical, Dental & Vision offered401k with a 3% match on the first check! Eligible for an additional 2% match post 1 year of servicePTO (4+ Weeks)Limited busy season hours (50-55 hours / No more than 60 hours the week of the deadline)Bonus (Manager & Above)Paid Holiday's (9)CPA Assistance: Becker study materials & reimbursement up to 6 exams!Company provided meals/ team events/ monthly birthday celebrations2 Step interview process!
