Required Qualifications: - No prior experience required. - Proficiency in administering medications, performing medical procedures such as wound care and IV therapy, and utilizing medical equipment and technology. - Strong assessment skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Effective, clear, and respectful communication skills (both verbal and written). - Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide clear explanations to patients and families. - Deep understanding of medical terminology, disease processes, and healthcare regulations. - Empathy and adaptability to meet complex patient needs while upholding professional nursing standards.
