Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Direct message the job poster from AG Foundry - Recruiting & Staffing Our client, a rapidly growing aviation company, is looking for an IT Support Manager to join their team! The IT Support Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support requests related to desktop and end-user computing, A/V conference room equipment, and enterprise software applications. The IT Support Manager will provide hands-on support while also acting as an escalation point for other support specialists. The ideal candidate is a proactive and service-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and experience leading IT support in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities: Serve as the lead escalation point for tier 1–3 technical support issues, providing guidance to junior team members. Deliver white glove support to executive-level users with professionalism and discretion. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals, conferencing equipment, and networking devices (firewalls, routers, switches). Set up and support A/V and video conferencing systems for company-wide meetings and events. Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune. Perform onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of user access and equipment. Monitor, respond to, and remediate security alerts and system notifications. Maintain and update hardware/software inventories, Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), and Intune records. Procure IT equipment and manage software license inventories. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs. Lead or support IT-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives. Provide after-hours on-call support when necessary. Requirements: 3+ years' experience providing end-user technical support in a corporate environment. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and services (at least 2 years of hands-on experience). Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 11 and common enterprise hardware and software tools. Experience supporting A/V hardware and software in professional environments. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.) and familiarity with diagnostic tools. Experience with computer imaging and software deployment tools. Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator, CompTIA A+, or CCNA preferred.
