What You'll Do

• Talk to people who already requested information (no cold prospecting, no door knocking)
• Help clients find coverage that fits their situation
• Follow a proven system and script
• Run appointments by phone

Compensation

• 100% commission-based (1099)
• No income cap — earnings are directly tied to performance and effort
• New agents typically build toward consistent monthly income within their first 90 days as they apply the system
• Results vary by individual effort, consistency, and market conditions

Growth Path Produce first. From there, opportunities exist to:

• Move into leadership
• Train new agents
• Build and manage your own team
• Earn override income on top of personal production

• Coachable and open to direction
