Licenses/Certifications:Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredRadiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: RequiredAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification: RequiredMust have a current certification in one of the modalities and able to perform duties in at least one other advanced modality: Computed Tomography (CT), Mammography(M), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Nuclear Medicine (NM), Sonography(S) or Positron Emission Tomography (PET): RequiredARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R): RequiredARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) or ARRT-Mammography (ARRT-M) or ARRT-Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT-MRI) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) or ARRT-Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT-NMT) or State Nuclear Med Tech (SNMT) or ARRT-Sonography (ARRT-S) or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCI-RCS) or RTPET: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

Essential Functions:Performs various radiographic, mammographic, computed tomography and/or ultrasound examinations consistent with employees experience. Performs three modalities competently.Safely transports and transfers patients between gurneys and wheelchairs. Tests defibrillator and checks the integrity of crash cart. Performs mobile imaging examinations as necessary.Safely prepares contrast agents for Medical Imaging procedures.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
