Job Description Summary Pike Motorworks has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional. The role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals, performing all activities related to leasing new residents, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals. Essential Responsibilities Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and criminal background checks, preparing lease packages, and ensuring smooth move-ins. Inspect apartments prior to move-in, ensuring they are ready and scheduling maintenance for any outstanding items. Stay informed about market and competitor conditions, develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans, and follow established policies on concessions and specials. Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including resident referral and employer outreach, and internet marketing on Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other platforms. Use the on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information. Ensure show quality by daily inspecting the marketing corridor, communicating maintenance needs, merchandising, and preparing the leasing office space. Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction via email, thank-you notes, cards, or telephone calls. Execute lease renewal activities, preparing renewal letters/packages, contacting residents in advance of move-out dates, and ensuring timely signing. Respond promptly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns, solving problems and documenting requests to the appropriate personnel. Required Licenses and Certifications All required state and local licenses and certifications. Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property. Physical Demands Stand, walk, sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders; reach, carry objects; crawl in confined areas. Work inside and outside in all weather conditions. Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance. Travel may be required for training or business meetings. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hourly Range $21.50 - $24.00 per hour. Additional Compensation Corporate positions may qualify for quarterly or annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance.
