Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of oncology patients in alignment with established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor responses to therapies, and document findings accurately.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; support delegation and collaboration within the care team.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, pharmacists, and other allied professionals.
- Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to identify changes in patient status and implement appropriate interventions.
- Ensure patient safety, administer medications within scope of practice, and uphold clinical documentation integrity.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California (or eligibility to practice in California)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Oncology or medical-surgical nursing experience in an inpatient setting preferred
- Ability to work nights in a 3x12-hour schedule
- Willingness to participate in travel assignment and complete credentialing processes
