We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. We are a small tight knit facility, and our staff and Residents feel like a family. We don't have a huge facility, and we pride ourselves in knowing our Resident's needs and being attentive to their care. We are a team and the right candidate will be one that understands that dynamic and wants to join a group of top the best and most awesome caregivers dedicated to providing the best care in Tulsa.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

 

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, turning, ambulating, and hydration

• Help residents with personal hygiene needs

• Observe and report changes in resident health to supervising nurse

• Document food and fluid intake accurately

• Assist with feeding and provide nutritional supplements

• Maintain clean and tidy living environments, including making beds

• Transport residents safely within the facility

• Support nursing staff and follow facility policies

• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local standards

 

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

 

• Valid CNA certification

• Strong communication skills

• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and familiarity with patient care standards

• Physical stamina and ability to assist residents safely
