Overview Topgolf is hiring Golf Service Associates to provide excellent customer service and support team members during fast‑paced entertainment and hospitality. This is a full‑time, hourly position with competitive wages and the potential for tips. What You’ll Need to Succeed Positive Attitude – Maintain a friendly, upbeat demeanor. Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment – A plus, not required. Responsibilities Welcome and assist players with check‑in, reservations, and overall experience. Provide detailed information about venue, gameplay, promotions, and equipment. Assist players with golf clubs and equipment to enhance play. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the venue, including retail area. Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met throughout the guest‑services area. Perform bending, stooping, and carrying tasks. Stand for most of the shift with frequent walking. Complete a variety of tasks in a high‑volume environment.
