Job Description Required Skills: Expert knowledge in Splunk Architecture; Expertise in Enterprise Security for Splunk highly desirable 10 + years of experience in information system architecture methodologies, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Proven track record of delivering complex solutions Solid experience working with Windows Servers & Desktops, Linux/Unix, and databases Collect data from forwarders and send to multiple indexes Configure and confirm index-time knowledge Create search time field extractions Create searches and dashboards for each required use case Install a search head, deployment server and indexers Perform a scripted installation of universal forwarders Configuration, Collection, and Comprehension Deploy all specified configurations via deployment server Qualifications Preferred Skills: Problem solving & Analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines. An extensive knowledge of application or infrastructure systems architecture, usually having experience with multiple system technologies. Good command on consultative and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with partners and IT management and staff. Strong project management skills and a strong analytical ability.
