If you're passionate about developing successful sales professionals and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a key member of the dealership's leadership team, you will:Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.Recruit, train, and develop Sales Consultants to maximize performance and career growth.Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while holding the team accountable for results.Work closely with customers to ensure an exceptional purchasing experience and resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.Partner with the Finance & Insurance Department to ensure a seamless sales and delivery process.Analyze sales reports, customer traffic, closing ratios, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales, profitability, and market share.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to maintain an inventory mix that meets customer demand.Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and federal and state regulations.Lead by example by promoting professionalism, ethical sales practices, and outstanding customer service.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and manufacturer programs to maintain a competitive advantage.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a proven leader with a passion for developing people and driving results.
