Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking an IT Support Administrator to join their team. As an IT Support Administrator, you will be part of the ProIT department supporting the Solutions Helpdesk team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title IT Support Administrator Location Chico, California Salary Range $37,440 - $49,920 What's the Job? Assist with Multi-Function Printer (MFP) install tickets and daily phone coverage for East/Central region. Support the Helpdesk Manager with daily departmental demands and administrative tasks. Organize and update internal documentation, including processes and procedures. Serve as a liaison with other departments to gather documentation and data for team support. Perform data entry, audits on special projects, and support metrics reporting. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or Bachelors preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role. A valid driver's license with a good driving record. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint/Office365. Experience with eAutomate, report building, and support metrics is a plus. What's in it for me?
