JOB TITLE: Dermatology Practice Site Manager St. Louis Region Monday-Friday

Join our established VitalSkin Dermatology practice serving Des Peres & Creve Coeur. Seeking a qualified Site Manager in the medical field! JOB SUMMARY: Ensure that the workflow of the office is functioning correctly, staff and providers have the resources they need to serve the patients.

M-F 8:00-5:00 @ $55K-$73K (Based on expertise)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in practice communication plans including daily team huddles, weekly tactical meetings, and monthly strategic meetings
• Work with the Director of Operations to ensure the operational functions and strategic goals are met.
• Responsible for maintaining positive relationships between Practice(s) and the Support Office.
• Participate in the selection, hiring, onboarding, training and if appropriate, deselection of all office and clinical team members
• Track and approve Team Member payroll, time, and attendance, including vacation and sick leave.
• Responsible for ongoing Team Member, performance management, goal setting, and evaluation processes.
• Responsible for ensuring Practice compliance with Fiscal Management policies
• Oversee daily deposit reconciliation and onsite cash management protocols
• Responsible for the expenditure payment and procurement workflows
• Responsible for credit card policies and reconciliations
• Responsible for ensuring outstanding patient experience
• Manage patient scheduling protocols, including creating and adjusting provider templates, making sure minimum hours are being met
• Documenting and managing patient complaints
• Responsible for ensuring office and medical inventories are adequate
• Responsible for day-to-day oversight of Practice(s) facilities and equipment including initial troubleshooting of computer problems, repair work, initial weather responses and cleaning protocols
• Participate in strategies to ensure appropriate level of community relations
• Overseeing telephone performance metrics (abandonment rates, time to answer)
• Revenue Cycle Management Oversight of the following process:
  1. Patient Registration
  2. Patient Scheduling
  3. Check In & Check Out Process
  4. Co-Pay Collections
  5. Charge Entry
  6. EMR and PM Proficiency
  7. No Show Process
  8. Missing Charges
• Maintaining Compliance Standards and Training, including HIPAA, CLIA, MIPS and HR focused areas
  • Monitor task queue for outstanding items
  • Monitor daily patient flow, assist when needed
  • Facilitate daily huddles
  • Mail distribution

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in Medical office or other healthcare setting
• Must possess critical thinking skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Familiarity of third-party payer systems: Medicare, Medicaid, commercial and Department of Health programs.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and working at a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. at times
