Lead execution of the Joint Business Plan (JBP) and drive overall account growth strategy. Identify, shape, and close opportunities across Engineering, Digital, and Plant Support services. Own pipeline build (coverage, quality, velocity) and drive closure of mid to large deals. Lead RFP responses, SOW creation, effort estimation, and pricing discussions in alignment with comapny governance. Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management Build and manage executive-level relationships with client stakeholders, including function heads, engineering leaders, and site leadership. Act as the primary trusted advisor for engagements across North American client sites. Ensure high client satisfaction (CSAT) through proactive engagement, transparency, and delivery excellence. Opportunity Mining & Cross-Selling Drive strategic account mining initiatives: Identify whitespace across business units and geographies; Expand into adjacent service lines (Digital, Sustainability, Automation, etc.); Enable horizontal service penetration and multi-site expansion across North America. Deal Execution & Governance Ensure adherence to company processes and governance: RFP routing, compliance, and approval workflows; Close coordination with solutioning, delivery, finance, and leadership teams; Develop compelling value propositions aligned with client priorities (cost, quality, speed, innovation). Delivery Alignment & Financial Tracking Partner with delivery teams to: Ensure billability, utilization, and service delivery alignment; Track PO coverage, mitigate revenue leakage, and protect margins; Maintain strong visibility on: Pipeline-to-revenue conversion; Forecast accuracy; Overall account financial performance. Executive Communication & Reviews Lead preparation and participation in: Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs); Executive governance and leadership meetings; Present structured updates on: Pipeline health; Wins/losses; Risks and growth opportunities. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Experience: 15+ years in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development. Preferred Industry Exposure: FMCG / CPG clients. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in: Engineering Services (ER&D) / Digital Transformation selling; Managing large enterprise accounts in North America (onsite-offshore model). Deep understanding of FMCG/CPG operating models (plant operations, supply chain, product engineering). Strong familiarity with RFP processes, supplier governance, and multi-site engagement models. Executive stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability to lead multiple strategic opportunities concurrently.
