Procurement Specialist

Driving strategic initiatives, the temporary Procurement Specialist will lead large-scale outsourcing evaluations, manage competitive procurement processes, and negotiate complex commercial agreements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and manage RFI, RFP, and BAFO processes, including supplier communications and proposal evaluations Serve as the primary commercial negotiator, defining strategies and leading negotiations for outsourcing agreements Analyze supplier financial proposals and conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to support executive decision-making Required qualifications 4+ years of professional services procurement experience with at least 2+ years in outsourcing Demonstrated experience in end-to-end sourcing events and financial analysis for business case proposals Proven track record in leading large-scale outsourcing or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) initiatives Experience negotiating multi-million-dollar outsourcing agreements Strong business analysis and relationship management skills to drive sourcing programs aligned with business strategies
