Pay Range: $89,300.00 - $146,900.00 The Senior Procurement Specialist leads more complex procurement activities, providing expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization. They mentor junior procurement staff and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support company-wide procurement strategies, contributing to operational efficiency and financial performance. Job Responsibilities * Develop and implement procurement strategies for assigned categories or projects. * Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management to maximize value and minimize risk. * Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities. * Manage relationships with key suppliers and coordinate supplier performance evaluations. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, legal, operations, and engineering. * Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

• Mentor and train junior procurement team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and

systems. * Generate detailed procurement reports and provide insights to senior management. * Support demand planning and inventory optimization efforts. Education and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPSM, CPP) preferred.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement or sourcing roles.
• Proven track record of successful negotiation and supplier management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Leadership experience or capability to lead cross-functional project teams.
