Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray TechnologistJackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist for a permanent role in Slayton, MN with an area healthcare client where you will perform a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process.Minimum Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.ARRT certification required.BLS certification required.Maintain state licensure as applicable.Minimum 1 year of radiologic technologist experience preferred.Documented CT experience required. CT certification not required, but candidate must be comfortable performing CT procedures and list CT experience on work history.Ability to obtain and maintain required equipment-specific certifications.Ability to maintain confidentiality and relate professionally with co-workers, other departments, patients, and the public.Ability to work with minimal supervision and seek guidance when needed.Willingness to meet departmental continuing education requirement of 24 CEU credits every 2 years.Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record systems preferred.Willingness to participate in on-call and call-back responsibilities with a 15-minute response expectation.Position Details:Shift name: Flex Shifts.Shift pattern: 8-hour shifts. Variable schedule; may rotate; occasional half days.Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.On-call: Two weeknights per week (Mon–Thu 5:30 pm to 7:00 am). Call weekends every 3rd or 4th weekend (Fri 5:30 pm to Mon 7:00 am).
