T&D Electrical is seeking a highly organized Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator to manage technician scheduling, customer communication, and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule and dispatch electricians to service calls and projects.
• Manage technician calendars and optimize daily routes.
• Answer customer calls, emails, and text messages.
• Create and maintain work orders and customer records.
• Coordinate with field staff regarding schedule updates and job progress.
• Learn electrical industry terminology and trade-related processes.
• Assist with invoicing, permits, inspections, and project tracking as needed.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2-3 years previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Electrical or construction industry experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. Company Description
