State Benefits & Insurance Analyst - HR Advisor

The NC Department of Transportation is seeking an Agency HR Consultant III to administer statutory insurance plans, educate employees, and promote understanding of each plan. The Insurance Analyst will be the first point of contact for questions about employees, vendors, SHP/NC Flex, and other benefits, serving over 9,000 employees. The role interfaces with external vendors, BEACON, Benefits Reporting, and BEACON-related enrollments; daily, monthly, and annual reporting requirements; and #J-18808-Ljbffr NCDOT
