About this opportunity: This Financial Analyst Intern opportunity is ideal for a motivated candidate who wants hands-on experience supporting Ericsson’s Americas business. The role involves collaborating with Finance, Accounting, Commercial, Operations, and transformation teams in a fast-paced environment shaped by evolving technology, Network APIs, new competitors, and complex business challenges. Interns will gain broad exposure to Ericsson’s telecom operations and contribute to improving business efficiency. What you will do: Support monthly closing and performance reporting for Market Area Americas. Assist with financial forecasting and planning cycles. Analyze financial and operational data to help build business cases and track results against defined success metrics. Support data quality checks and prepare financial presentations for Finance leadership. Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders on insights, process improvements, and advanced analytics and AI initiatives. You will bring: Solid academic track record in pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field. Strong analytical skills and interest in financial planning and analysis. Proficient in Excel and curious about data analytics, visualizations and ERP/SAP tools. Clear written and verbal communication in English. High integrity and willingness to follow and promote Ericsson’s code of business ethics. Collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn and openness to digitalization and automation of processes and ways of working. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
