Job Description Pay Range: $75,000 / year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. QFLDP has been designed to provide an opportunity to gain a solid understanding of the business and develop strong analytical skills that will prepare individuals for management roles in the Finance function. Individuals will typically spend the first 24 months in one area with two additional rotations happening in the next 12 - 24 months. Incoming hires are given immediate and meaningful responsibility in one of the key areas in the Finance organization supporting one of Quest's businesses or functional areas. The program is designed to provide business critical job experiences and leadership exposure to develop well-rounded finance and business leaders.
