On-Site Re-Entry Case Manager

The Department of Corrections seeks a Correctional Case Manager at Great Plains Correctional Center to perform routine social casework, assess offender needs, prepare case histories, and support re-entry planning. You will advise offenders on personal resources, job training and educational needs, and collaborate with staff to ensure safe, structured reintegration after release.
